Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be granted for used or open products, for sanitary reasons.

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or is not up to CJP Beauty quality, we will gladly replace it.

To claim a damaged item follow these steps:

  • Email us with your name, order number and images, highlighting the damages, to info@cjpbeauty.com
  • Our team will review your claim and offer either:
    1. A full refund
    2. A replacement item
  • Once the customer has chosen their preferred outcome, we will process the refund OR ship the replacement item.
